This app provides financial planning, projection, and portfolio tracking tools designed to help you model potential financial outcomes based on the information you provide.
By using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Data Storage & Responsibility
Your financial data is primarily stored locally in your browser.
- You are responsible for your own data.
- Clearing your browser data may permanently delete your information.
- You are responsible for maintaining backups, including exported data files if available.
If cloud features are enabled in the future, additional terms may apply.
We are not responsible for lost, deleted, or corrupted data.

Accounts (Optional)
Creating an account is optional for basic use of the app.
However, an account is required to purchase or access Premium Plans.
If you create an account:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Premium Plans
An active account is required to purchase or access Premium Plans (referred to in the app as "Paid Supporter").
Certain features require a paid subscription.
Available plans include:
- Monthly subscription
- Yearly subscription
By purchasing a premium plan, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees
- Provide accurate billing information
Billing is processed by Stripe. By purchasing a plan, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Please remember to cancel before your renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.
If we ever update pricing or features, those changes won't affect you retroactively unless required by law.

Refund Policy
We want you to feel good about supporting the app. If something went wrong or you changed your mind, we're happy to help.
Refunds may be available if:
- You reach out within 7 days of your original purchase.
- You haven't already received a refund on your account, we offer one courtesy refund per account.
- Any refund will reflect the time you've already used, so the amount may be slightly reduced.
A couple of things we're unable to refund:
- Subscription renewals, since these are automatic, please cancel before your renewal date if you no longer want to continue.
- Partial periods after you've canceled.
We trust our users, but we do reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to be gaming the system, such as repeatedly switching plans or requesting multiple refunds.
To request a refund, just reach out and we'll take care of you.

Financial Projections & Portfolio Tracking
The app provides projections and modeling based on:
- User-provided inputs
- Assumptions (such as inflation and return rates)
- Optional market data APIs (if enabled)
All projections are estimates and not guarantees.
If you enter holdings, prices, or API keys for market data:
- You are responsible for the accuracy of that information.
- The app only coordinates the retrieval and display of data.
- We are not responsible for inaccuracies, delays, outages, or errors from third-party market data providers.
Market data and portfolio values may be delayed or incorrect.

This app is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Nothing in the app should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

Limitation of Liability
We built this app to be helpful, but we want to be upfront about its limits.
- The app is provided as-is. We do our best, but we cannot guarantee it will always be accurate, available, or error-free.
- We do not make any promises about fitness for a particular purpose or that it will meet your specific needs.
- We are not responsible for any financial losses, or decisions you make based on projections, portfolio tracking, or market data.
- We are not responsible for indirect or unintended consequences of using the app, such as lost profits, missed opportunities, or other ripple effects.
- If you ever have a valid claim against us, the most we would ever owe is what you paid us in the 12 months before the issue arose.
Using the app is your choice, and ultimately your responsibility. We appreciate your trust and will always do our best to earn it.
