3. Billing & Payments

   Payments and subscriptions are handled by Stripe, our third-party billing provider.

   We do not store or process payment card information.

   We store Stripe's customer ID and your email address to manage your subscription and account status.

   Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe under their own privacy and security policies, which you can review at https://stripe.com/privacy.

4. Financial & Portfolio Data

   All financial data, projections, and portfolio information you enter into the app are stored locally in your browser.

   We do not transmit, store, or access this financial data on our servers.

   You may export and import your data for backup purposes.

   You are responsible for maintaining backups of your locally stored data.

5. Future Cloud Features

   If optional cloud-based features are introduced in the future, you will be informed before enabling them.

   Any cloud-stored data will be encrypted at rest.

   Cloud storage features will be clearly described, and you will have control over whether to use them.

6. Analytics

   We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool hosted on our own infrastructure, to understand general usage trends and improve the app.

   Umami does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.

   Analytics data may include page views, browser type, device type, and referrer information in anonymized form.

7. Performance Monitoring

   We operate our own error monitoring system to detect issues and improve reliability.

   When errors occur, our system may collect technical information such as the page URL, error message, and stack trace.

   This data is stored securely on our own infrastructure and is never transmitted to third-party monitoring services.

   Error reports are used solely for diagnosing and fixing issues and are not linked to your identity.

8. Cookies & Similar Technologies

   We do not use cookies for advertising, tracking, or performance monitoring.

   The only cookies we use are strictly necessary for authentication — for example, to keep you signed in.

   We do not use any third-party tracking scripts or fingerprinting technologies.

   We retain account identifiers and subscription-related information only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations.

   Locally stored financial data remains on your device unless you delete it.
